Krishna: The Man and his Philosophy (book review)

Krishna: The Man and His Philosophy by Osho is an in-depth and thought-provoking exploration of the life and teachings of Krishna, one of the most revered figures in Hinduism.

One of the standout features of this book is the way in which Osho seamlessly blends together historical information, philosophical insights, and personal anecdotes to create a rich and nuanced understanding of Krishna. He explores the various myths and legends surrounding Krishna, as well as the deeper spiritual and philosophical themes that are woven throughout his teachings.

One of the things I appreciated most about this book is the way in which Osho approaches Krishna\’s teachings with a sense of reverence and respect, but also with a sense of openness and curiosity. He encourages readers to approach Krishna\’s teachings with an open mind and to consider the ways in which they might be relevant and applicable to their own lives.

Overall, I highly recommend Krishna: The Man and His Philosophy to anyone who is interested in learning more about Krishna and his teachings. Whether you are a seasoned scholar or a casual reader, there is something to be gained from reading this book. It is a thought-provoking and illuminating exploration of one of the most fascinating figures in the spiritual tradition of Hinduism.

One response to “Krishna: The Man and his Philosophy (book review)”

  1. Thank you so much this short and nice review of the book. I have read a few books by Osho and I think he a great storyteller. The way he explains everything is really beautiful. Osho has his own philosophy of life. Most of the time, he explains his own philosophy, his own experiences, his own knowledge and perspectives, through the stories of others. I was reading his explanations on Gita. I felt that he was using the words of Gita to express his own thoughts. Thank again.
