Master your deepest shadows and your deepest self.take small steps to that goal. Else you will fail. It won’t be easy, it will be the toughest thing you do. It will need you to exceed yourself.
Needs to be rewarding,
Needs to trigger your stress mechanism,
Needs to be massive and tough,
Needs to be broken down
Baseline of each day for discipline.
Failure is okay. The shame is okay. Own it. Fail forward. Fess yo when you screw up. Come clean. Be accountable.
Measure up this same to yourself, how, why, when, how.
Critically think and see how this will not happen again next time.
Pretension of curiosity for example led to something. Change behaviour at this point. Alternative acts.
